I really like the ring. Charging it with the case is much more convenient, so I never lose it around the house. The battery lasts a long time, and I love that it tracks my sleep. It also looks like a stylish, minimalist accessory on my finger. I don't have to take it off when washing my hands, which is very convenient. I'm very happy with this purchase.

For me, wearing a ring is much more comfortable than wearing a smartwatch. It's waterproof, so there's no need to remove it before washing your hands, and the battery lasts 3–4 days. I have high blood pressure, so I check it regularly. This ring provides readings that are very close to my home blood pressure monitor. If you enter your home monitor readings as calibration values, the measurements become even more accurate. It makes monitoring my blood pressure much more convenient.

Excellent price for such a well-made smart ring. It comes with its own charging case, which can recharge the ring two or three times. Fast shipping, and the app is available on the Google Play Store. I also saw in the manual that it's compatible with Apple devices. It's simple but quite accurate. If you don't want to wear a smartwatch but still want to track your steps, blood pressure, sleep, and blood oxygen levels, this is more than enough.
