For me, wearing a ring is much more comfortable than wearing a smartwatch. It's waterproof, so there's no need to remove it before washing your hands, and the battery lasts 3–4 days. I have high blood pressure, so I check it regularly. This ring provides readings that are very close to my home blood pressure monitor. If you enter your home monitor readings as calibration values, the measurements become even more accurate. It makes monitoring my blood pressure much more convenient.
I'm extremely satisfied! I mainly bought it to monitor my blood pressure, and it's surprisingly accurate. I compared it with my digital blood pressure monitor, and the results are almost identical, with only a difference of 1 to 3 points.

Excellent price for such a well-made smart ring. It comes with its own charging case, which can recharge the ring two or three times. Fast shipping, and the app is available on the Google Play Store. I also saw in the manual that it's compatible with Apple devices. It's simple but quite accurate. If you don't want to wear a smartwatch but still want to track your steps, blood pressure, sleep, and blood oxygen levels, this is more than enough.

Step 1:
Wrap a strip of paper around the thickest part of the finger you want to measure. Wrap it around twice and pull it snug for an accurate fit. -
Step 2:
Use a pen to make a clear mark at the point where both layers of the wrapped paper overlap. -
Step 3:
Remove and unfold the paper strip, then measure the distance between the two marks with a ruler. Compare this measurement with the ring size guide to determine your correct ring size.
